▪2. Things I Will Not Do

‣no NSFW, including excessive gore

‣buildings

‣offensive material + whatever i deem it to be (bigotry, racism, etc.)

if you are here from Flight Rising, the site's TNCs applies. No gore/sexual art for your dragon's bio.

▪I. General

-all prices are listed in USD($).

-provide references for the idea that you have in mind. in case of a lack of references,a small board of images can be compiled in order to give the artist an idea of the commissioner's piece,

-advanced half payment must be given when they are satisfied with the sketch given. the commissioner understands that once they are satisfied with the sketch and ready to proceed, payment for the final piece can be done after the painting is completed.

-the commissioner understands that the initial price may fluctuate depending on the complexity of the piece. the final price, however, will not change once it has been settled upon and paid.

-the commissioner understands that the work that has been produced cannot be used for commercial purposes, unless discussed beforehand, and prices will increase accordingly.

-the artist will use Glaze to protect and proof against AI scraping. If requested, the artist will not use it on the final artwork.

▪II. Rights To Work

-the commissioner retains authorship right to the work and can display the final piece on portfolio websites provided they are **linked back to the artist.** (e.g : tumblr)

-the commissioner understands that they are not allowed to alter, edit or remove the artist's watermark / signature / user ID on the work commissioned.

-the commissioner understands that they are not allowed to copy or trace the artwork received. they are allowed to take the artwork back to the artist and request for edits free of charge (for minor edits). in case of situations such as cropping (e.g: for headers) the commissioner must state / link back the piece to the artist (e.g : 156L @ tumblr;156L @ cara, this site, etc.)

▪III. Delivery and Service

-the commissioner understands that they will be given multiple stages of updates from the artist, and the artist is obliged to offer updated whenever the commissioner asks for them so long as it is done in a way which cannot be deemed as harassment.

-the artist and commissioner agree, however, that in the case of real life matters such as health or family issues on the artist's side, there may be delays and a total refund should the artist be unable to work on the commission at all.

-the commissioner understands that the work they will be receiving will be digital only.

-the commissioner understands and respect's the artist's autonomy and understands that the artist has every right to refuse a commission without having to explain their reasoning.

-the commissioner understands that in no situation any of the art that has been displayed or commissioned will be made into a Non-Fungible Token, cryptocurrency or any derivatives of them.
